removing printing statistics

Recently after completion of printing a document, I get a print-out of the
doc statistics. doc name, date, time, created, updated, etc. How do I get
rid of this? Something must have accidently been checked

this is not an operating system setting. You can contact the printer vendor
and see if it's something they support in the driver but most likely this is
a device setting. Review the configuration pages from the printer and see
if there is something set on the device.
