using knowledgebvase article-Q272623, I added the print directory feature.
Now I'd like to remove it, but Windows Explorer's "file types" "action"
window won't allow me to delete the command. The remove and edit buttons are
grayed out. Nothing I do will get them ungrayed. Help. Anyone know how I can
get rid of this feature?

Most welcome, Bill and glad to hear it. :o) BTW, it many cases it will
cause the Search Window to open when selecting files, etc. If this happens:
Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 /i shell32

Hi Kelly

That was the most brilliant patch you had made there.

Works a dream - saved me from a nightmare.

Thanks
Anne
