techonline,
Install Ad-Aware and set it to scan for banned Favorites.
As for the right-click items ......

techonline,
You're welcome .... glad to see you have things resolved.

It's NOT Ad-Aware or SpyBot that corrupt the Winsock,
it's the 3rd party culprits that alter the Winsock files. In the
attempt to remove these files and reset the Winsock does
get corrupt. Some of these culprits design it this way (New.net).

Some others (Trojans) just don't care, for them it's all about
the ad revenue, passwords stolen, CD keys obtained, etc.

Thanks Jerry and Mike.
I sincerely appreciate your timely responses.
Adaware did solved the issue.

I m surprised , If you just go thru spyware related forums. Spybot i
given more votes than adaware. I have seen that in some cases adawar
did corrupt the winsock2.

Am i in wrong ??
