Removing Messenger from one user only

Is it possible to remove MSN messenger from one user only.

I wish to remove it from one family member, but have not
yet successfully achieved it.

All I seem to be able to do is remove it from everyone or
no-one at all.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can remove it from
one user only.

I am running version 6.2

I dont think there is a way to remove it. Try removing it from all accounts then redownloading it and then when it installs there should be an option to install to only the users you want! Please let me know if it works. If not ill whip up some more info for ya!
