removing "media access"

Here is my problem. Every time I boot up antispyware
detect this spyware call "media access" and ask to
install or remove, I do know that this is a major spyware
after researching it. So I remove it and also do a
complete scan of my system and the result is that it has
been removed but when I shut down and restart my system
it is back on and I have to go thru the process again.
How do I get rid of this for good?

Hi

Restart in safe mode, press F8 during reboot.
Choose fullscan with all options checked.

Also download CClenaer and remove all temporarily junk/crap
