removing Kazaa 3.0

my son downloaded this kazaa 3.0 and i don't want it. i have tried to remove
it with add or remove programs on the control panel, it will flash when i
click remove but still remains. i also tried norton systems with no luck,
this thing is rude. i have only had a computer for 6 months and am not too
good at them.

Some such applications can really cause harm and even the installers may
contain trojans. Try installing the Microsoft AntiSpyware and then try to
remove the "kazaa 3.0" with "Your Uninstaller!", http://www.ursoftware.com/ -
I have noticed that tool helps when the standard add/remove is somehow

Hello ibit2shy,
After you have taken care of your Kazza problem set your son's
account to a limted user account to where he can't download programs. Since
you are a new PC user you might want to find some on line classes about
viruses and spyware MSN is a good place to start. Buy yourself Firewall
and Anti- Virus programs, if you can afford them. There are many to chose
from. Free software sometimes has a catch to it and you end up paying for
something after all. Best of luck to you. Let us know how it went.
