removing Incredimail from computer PLS HELP

I have removed Incredimail from Control Panel Add/Remove but still see
Incredimail programs in the Folder section of "BIN"
HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS PROGRAM COMPLETELY FROM MY COMPUTERThis Company
does not let one uninstal their programs which I think everyone should avoid.

What do you mean by "folder section of "BIN""?
