Removing IE (ISP) Customisation

Does anyone know how to remove the icon that my Internet
Service provider has put into my IE browser, instead of
the windows logo in the top right corner of IE, there is
a Blue whale which is the logo for Blueyonder Internet
(Cable Provider).

Does anyone know how to get my logo back?
