Delete the related, hidden $NTUninstallQnnnnnn$ folder from the Windows
folder. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;nnnnnn
for what the fix is about. Once the folder is removed, an attempt to
Remove in Add/Remove will fail and offer to delete that entry
