Removing Groups

As the 'Sort by online/offline' is actully 'Sort by
online/mobile/offline' [is this going to be fixed?] I am using the
'workaround' by sorting by groups with the mobile un-ticked and then
deleting the 'coworkers', 'family' and 'friends' groups.

However when I re-start MSN these three groups all get created again.

Can I stop this?
