Removing Extra Pages

I have a four page excel spreadsheet. It is printing as 8 pages with four
pages blank. Can someone tell me how to get rid of those pages. I am sure
it is quite simple, but I am brain blocked today.

You need to set the print area, then use Print Preview to adjust the size,
margins etc to make it fit onto just four pages,
