Removing Data Manager

Some time ago I downloaded Data Manager by Datasoft Solutions. After the
trial period I decided I did not want to purchase it so I removed the
program. While the program is supposedly gone, I still get a pop up everytime
I start Excel asking me to purchase or register the program. There is also a
Data Manager drop down on the menu bar. How do I get rid of these completely?
 
Go to Tools->Add-ins... and see if it is listed there. If so, make sure it
is unchecked.
