Removing contacts from allow/block list

How do I remove contacts from my allow and block
list .... I can delete them from the main list but they
stilll appear on the allow/block list..... Can I get rid
of there contact permanently ?????

Greetings Drew,

In the block/allow lists, you can right-click contacts and choose 'Delete'. However, this
'Delete' option will only be available if that particular user has removed you from their
main contact list. If they haven't, then the option will be grayed out and you cannot remove
them.
