Removing browser adware

A few months ago I download Ajeeb, a translator. I later
removed it, but cannot seem to remove the annoying
flashing ajeeb logo that appearsin the upper right hand
of the MS Internet Explorer 6.0 screen at the end of the
default bar (File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help).
Can anyone explain to me how I can remove this
advertising?
