Removing blank rows

I have made some changes in the source document for an existing pivot
table. I had to change some of the data and delete some things. Now,
I have a column that is completely blank and is just titled "blank" at
the top. How do I remove this since I can't simply just delete the
column?
 
Why can't you delete that column?
