Hi, I turned a jpg picture into a thumbnail by using the auto-thumbnail
command. The auto thumbnail command puts a bevel around the border
automatically. According to the 'help' file if I click on the 'restore' icon
in the tools menu that it will remove the bevel but what happens is that it
restores the whole picture to its original size. So, How do I remove a bevel
but keep the thumbnail?
Thanks, Catt

You have to "re-thumbnail" it without the bevel property...its in Tools | Page Options | AutoThumbnail...uncheck bevel.

is it a "bevel" or just an outline/ border?
can you provide a link to the page this is occurring on or show a link to
the picture with the bevel.

| Thanks Rob, that did the trick. I couldn't find it by myself.

Thanks for the reply, Chris. But I deleted the jpg auto thumbnail from the
web page because I got frustrated. So I inserted a regular jpg and reduced
the size and named it a hyperlink. So I cannot show you. But Rob had the
answer anyway. I went to tools / page options and changed the auto thumb
characteristics. That solved the problem.
Thanks again, Catt
