Removing Attachments

Outlook Express automatically removes some attachments
(such as an excel XLA file). How can I adjust the setting
such that these files will not be removed?
 
Start Outlook Express, select Tools | Options | Security tab. Uncheck the
second box from the top concerning attachments.
