Rt click MyComputer>select Properties>Advanced>Startup and
Recovery-Settings>Edit. Just highlight the complete line that
includes the XP Pro Setup and delete it. Save the changes.

System Properties> Advanced> Startup and Recovery> Settings. In the System
Startup section, make sure that your XP Pro is selected. Click the Edit
button below that and Notepad will open with the contents of your current
boot.ini file. Remove the reference to the XP Pro setup. Close file and
save changes. On the next restart, you should boot directly to XP (the old
one, not the incomplete setup).

Another possible way to fix this is by using Start> Run> MSCONFIG. On the
Boot.ini tab, click the Check all boot paths. If MSCONFIG deems the
incomplete setup to be "invalid," it will offer to remove it from boot.ini
for you.
