Removing (and then getting back) toolbars

Working with Access2003. I want to remove my toolbars. Searching these
posts tells me that I can do it through tools/startup. However, I'm afraid
to turn things off without knowing how to turn them back on.

So, first, what's the best way to remove all toolbars for the database to
give it a more professional feel (and so the users don't muck it up).

Second, how do I get the toolbars back so I can work on the db when I want to?

Use Startup as you mention. If you hold the shift key down when opening the
file all of the startup options are bypassed so you get everything back.

I saw that in the posts but was afraid of trusting it because it seemed too
