Removing an entry from the Add/Remove programs list.

Can anyone help me out with the proceedure to remove an application from the
Add/Remove programs list manually. I have a demo copy of an accounting
application, the source files which I downloaded I deleted a long time ago -
now when I try an uninstall it from Add/Remove... it is looking for the msi
file from which it was installed. I have deleted all reference to the
application in the registry, I have deleted the folder with it's files in,
but now need to remove it from the "Add/Remove programs" list.

You need to install the Windows 95 Tweakui, it's the only version that edits Add/Remove.

methinks afair means as far as i remember( as against afaik where the k
stands for know.)
