Hi, I installed a trial copy of ACT and have removed it. I cannot find a way
for Outlook 2007 to STOP trying to load the ACT addin. I've found addin
managers for Word, Excel, etc., but they do not effect Outlook.

HELP!

Thanks,
Vicci

hi,

i've followed that line of thought... Tools - Trust centre - Add-ins but the ACT add-in is nowhere to be found.

Yet still i get an annoying message every time i start outlook prompting me to change my HTML email editor settings to allow integration with ACT. i can't get rid of it.

have removed ACT from Data Files under Tools - Account settings.

any other suggestions much appreciated.

thanks,
Tony

Hi Diane, My problem is slightly different from the above questions but does
involve ACT. When I start Outlook 07, the message regarding act9ext.dll
cannot be loaded. Please uninstall this addin. I went to the menu and it says
it's inactive I then search every corner of the registry and deleted only
those mention of ACT. When I search the registry now, nothing comes up but
this error is still there.

Any ideas of how to rid myself of this annoying popup.

Thanks,
