I know how to add a new word to user-defined dictionary of the word so that
it passes the spell check. Suppose that I mistakenly register a word to
dictionary and now I want to remove it. IS it possible, how?

Yes, you can remove it. The specific directions differ slightly
depending on which version of Word you're using. See
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/EditCustomDic.htm.
