Removing a user

If I remove a user that had administrator rights and installed software
shared by another user with administrator accounts, will that also remove
the rights to run the installed software for the remaining user?

On a system you can have as many Administrators as you want as there is
no limit on this. Therefore, if you delete/remove one user with
Administrator privileges, this is not going to affect other users with
Administrator (or not-Administrator rights). Users are generally
mutually exclusive.

However, please take a note that you must have a minimum of ONE
ADMINISTRATOR on a system and the system will not allow you to delete
any Administrator if none is left on the system.
