This is not real crap, it's just a leftover entry from an incomplete
removal--nothing dangerous is left, just a startup entry that used to run
something and no longer does.
In fact, I have a machine next door with exactly this error message right
now, but I had to walk away from it and pick up my daughter at the school
bus stop this afternoon.
I've had one post from a user with this error who stated that doing one more
full scan with Microsoft Antispyware removed this remnant, and I'd recommend
doing that.
