Removeing Duplicates

What function can I use on Query Level to remove duplicate info

I am sure its simple , I have done something like this before a long time
ago....

example

Field1 Field2 Field3
ABC DEF 123
ABC DEF 456
ABC DEF 789
ABC GHI 123
ABC JKL 456
ABC JKL 789

need to display

Field1 Field2 Field3
ABC DEF 123
456
789
ABC GHI 123
ABC JKL 456
789
