Removed Page File Drive (can't get past splash screen)

I reformatted a drive that happened to have the page file
on it. Now when I go to log into Windows I can't get past
the splash screen. It starts to log in and puts an error
up saying Limited Virtual Memory and then goes back to
the splash screen.
