Windows Mail is /only/ found on Vista. If it is a different e-mail client
such as Windows Live Mail, watch your shorthand and please be specific.

Windows Mail comes with Vista, and Outlook Express comes with XP. Windows
Mail doesn't work on XP, but Window Live Mail will. That's probably what
you've downloaded and installed. Look in Add/Remove Programs in Control
Panel for Windows Live Essentials. Run it, and you can uninstall Live Mail
through it.
