Remove windows 2000 and fdisk and format

How do I do this please....I cant get a win2000 start
disk so I load win 98 start disk, but when I try to fdisk
it wont allow me .... help please
 
Boot from CD, delete the partition you no longer want and then recreate and
install to it.
