Remove the second administrator account in xp

Dear all
I create the second administrator account in xp, however i login with the
default administrator account, i can't delete the second administrator
account, why?

You should not be using the system's administrator account. That is a system
account, used to repair or recover your operating system.

Windows XP requires at least one user account. The system's administrator is
not a user account.
