Ris isn't installed. I installed the tftp with these instructions. See
link.

As a wild guess try to install the RIS and later uninstall.. Check this

Trivial FTP Daemon—TFTP (trivial file transfer protocol) is an integral
part of the Remote Installation Services, this implements support for the
TFTP protocol defined in the following RFCs:

RFC 1350 – TFTP
RFC 2347 - Option extension
RFC 2348 - Blocksize option
RFC 2349 - Timeout interval, transfer size options

To disable this service, uninstall Remote Installation Services. Disabling
the service directly will cause Remote Installation Services to malfunction.
