I am back to getting the previous disk space and memory message. I have
changes the Maxlocksperfile setting in the reistry to 5000000 and it still
does not work
 
How many records do you have in your table? Do you really need to have the
Use Transactions property set to Yes? Try setting it to No to see if that
helps (I suspect that it will).

If you still have trouble with this error, then try applying criteria to the
query to cut down on the number of records that you are attempting to update
in one operation.
