Remove System Tray items

My conputer takes a long time to boot up. I know it's
because of all the garbage that loads every time I get to
my desktop. Can anyone tell me how keep some of those
items from loading in my System Tray?

Any help would be appreciated.

find out what's in your startup(s)....
