Remove Stubborn Start Menu Shortcuts

So i've got these left over shortcuts in my start menu from games demos i've
uninstalled & i can't get rid of the buggers.

I've tried to remove them from the Registry; i can find & remove them ok,
but they're still there afterwards so i'm probably not doing something i
should.

Anyone set me straight?

Hi,

Right click the start/button, click on "explore all users". Click on the
programs folder, then delete the shortcuts for those programs found here.
