Remove SP2 files

Some weeks ago I installed SP2 from a CD. How do I get rid of the files
(in blue) situated in C:\Windows? There are about 14 of these files
shown, including $NTServicePackuninstall$. Can I just delete them?
XPHome seems stable enough, if it goes haywire I can always re-instal
SP2.

I've deleted the $NTServicePackuninstall$ but there are still 14
uninstall files $NtUninstallKB82xxxxxx$. Are these Update or SP2 files
and can they be removed? The above article doesn't make it clear.
