remove software

We have all XP pc connect to a windows 2003 domain I was wondering if there
a way for me as a administrator to remoev software from a desktop on the
network remotely without the user be aware of it (ie I on computer A and I
want remove computer b xyz software) If this is possblie please tell me the
step or link

It does matter if they notic this is illeagl software adn needs to be remove
.... It is company policy to try remove software centrally. If user install
again thern they get a verbal warrning, final terminated ... I need to know
if this can be doen and how to do it

If you are realy the Admin you can do this by the GPO and Remote Connection!
But you want to mess arround then we can't help you.
If you want you can ask your IT team member or IT manager for the plan/Policy.

I guess this can not be done since no one has the answer I google the gpo and
it seem can only be done by creating a script unistall program I hwas hopping
it was easy by able to add/remove another computer I big miss from MS


I hope the add this feature in the near future easy to manage

Just find and run the unistall string. The registry can be queried for
the uninstall string,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

The string can be run remotely in a variety of methods.

No the ISSUE is your "demand" that the user be unaware that it happened.
Forget that "requirement" and just set your script to remove the software.
