Remove Shotcut in All User Profile ....

We would like to remove a shortcut of a particular application in the All
User profile that has been migrated to another product.

However, the end user doesn't have administrative privilege. Can they
remove the shortcut in "All User" profile ? If not, is there any way so
that the shortcut is removed (At least in his / her profile) so that it will
not confuse with the new product shortuct ?

When you check the permissions for the "All Users" profile
folder then you will see immediately if an ordinary user
can delete a file. If he can't then you can do it yourself from
your console by making a connection to the \\PCName\C$
share while logged on as Administrator.
