I run a company called Savvy Training (www.savvytraining.com). Every week,
Constant Contact (an e-mail service) mails our weekly newsletter to 4,600
opt-in subscribers using the from e-mail address of "(e-mail address removed)."
Because the phrase "@savvy" is contained in the Outlook 2003 junk e-mail
filter, our e-mails automatically go into the receipient's Junk e-mail box,
or worse, if the recipient has turned on the junk e-mail option that
automatically deletes e-mails suspected of being junk, our subscribers never
get their e-mails at all.

Is it possible for Microsoft to remove "@savvy" from the Junk E-mail filter
so as to not inflict harm on my company?

I am member to a few different companys/websites, and they have knowledge
that there e-mails go to some junk e-mail folders due to filters on certain
e-mail clients. The company puts disclaimers when you sign up with them to
add them to your safe senders list. Perhaps you should look at this option.

I vote "no". Put @savvy in your Safe Senders list.
