Remove Restart from Shutdown Menu

I have removed Logoff and Stand By, from the computer shutdown options and
now I want to remove Restart so only giving the end user the option to shut
down the PC.

Huh, dumb idea, but hey, it's your computer. Usually people don't post
unless they have a question though.
