remove recycle bin

I am trying to get rid of the recycle bin icon on my
desktop. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do
that? Thanks in advance.

You can disable the icon in the Control Panel > Display > Desktop >
Customize Desktop.

i've been trying to get rid of that for a long time now
