Remove plugin

I have tried to remove the Norton Anti-Spam Plugin by going through the
appropriate options ending with COM plugins. Although it appears to be
removed after 'Remove'-ing it, if I OK out of the options then go back in
again, the plugin is still there! Any ideas, anyone?

Did you uninstall Norton Anti-Spam?
