Remove Option from Dual Boot Menu

I have Win XP Pro on physical disk c and Win Server 2003 on a
different physical disk. I reformatted the drive containing Windows
Server 2003 but the boot up menu containing "an earlier version of
Windows" and "Windows Server" still remains. How do I get rid of this
boot up menu altogether?

This is my boot.ini for WinXP on c: but I don't see a reference to
Windows Server in there.

;Warning: Boot.ini is used on Windows XP and earlier operating
systems.
;Warning: Use BCDEDIT.exe to modify Windows Vista boot options.

[boot loader]

default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP
Professional" /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN /FASTDETECT

Thanks.
