Remove LDAP server for Address Lookup

At some point, I think someone configured my laptop to lookup people at our
company using an LDAP server. This feature is no longer needed, and I need to
remove it.

whenever I go to send an email, use the address book to lookup names, it
stalls on "Cannot find LDAP server (81)". Then I spend the next couple of
minutes constantly clicking the OK button on the message box for not finding
the server.

How do I remove the ldap from my address book
