Remove Items from Shutdown menu

Hello,

I would like to remove items from the start / shutdown / menu - some of the
options like = shutdown, standby

Please advise on what regedits can do this or GroupPolicy that can do this.

P.S. - I would like to keep the restart option on both the start menu and the
shut down dialog box.
