remove hypertext when converting html

when converting a word to html with or without filtered feature. word adds
hupertext into the source code that is not "CLF" Commom Look and Feel for the
internet. I would take me hours to edit 1 document at a time..

I need suggestions

federal government departments and agencies with the implementation of the
Treasury Board Common Look and Feel Standards. they want all website to look
the same
