remove hidden data program, not working

I have installed the rdh.exe program numerous times, because when I bring up
Word it says "error installing remove hidden data program, try reinstalling".
Also, the "remove hidden data" in my FILE drop down menu is not there...
HELP! I have reloaded Word, I have followed directions to remove what I
thought was a conflicting program (ClickToConvert), I have gotten all the
required updates, etc.
