Remove global View/Arrange by ... Show in Groups

Requiring a MS passport for making product improvement suggestions is already
an invasion of my privacy, and is absolutely unnecessary!

How is Microsoft supposed to know that the suggestion is legitimate? Why
should they care about honoring suggestions made anonymously?
