Remove Folder

Hi is anyone there.
I posted earlier about a folder I have on my sys. from another computer,
I am the only user and still get denied access, any way I have an encrypted
Folder with a lot of duplicated stuff, doesn't matter it's old, without
reformatting how can I get rid of that folder. Tried safe boot policy rout
cmd line nothing seems to work. I have seen files in that folder from ADWARE
scanning but no touch. Might be 6 gigs of space I would like to use. Any
help would make for a Merry Christmas, or whatever is correct now days.

Try Move on Boot from http://www.softwarepatch.com/software/moveonboot.html

The free version may only detete files, not sure about that, I paid for the upgrade which incidently was well worth it.
