I'm trying to remove a file from the disk and I get a
message that says the disk is full, write protected or it
is used by some program.
How do I remove write protection and how do I know which
program uses the file?
Thanks,
Rafi

What file and what disk?

Actualy it's a directory name:
C:\ded29158c25ddeb77bb95bf77ddb9e37
I don't know how it was created and how to remove it.

that looks highly suspicious - have you done a sweep with an up-to-date
AV prog and antispyware such as Spybot or adaware?
