Remove "Favorite Links" From Windows Explorer

I'm not sure you can remove just the "Favorite Links"...
But you can delete the shortcuts that are there,
or you can drag the Folders pane up to cover it up,
or you can turn off the Navigation pane entirely (Organize - Layout)

Hi,

How do you remove the "Favorite Links" pane from
Windows Explorer?

Gary
I'd like to know how to completely remove the side bar, notjust replace
favorite links with "folders"
any suggestions?

All I can think of is to drag the divider all the way to the left.
