remove enter network password pop up

an ugly pop up keeps coming up asking me to reenter network password all the
time how do i get rid off it?

Sounds like you are using dial-up and that's the prompt asking if you
want to reconnect. If so, have you looked at the settings for your
dial-up and in Internet Options?
